Founded in Liverpool in 2018 by brothers Mario and Tamas Niszler, Nutry Nuts created a healthier, high-protein peanut butter cup that was low in sugar, vegan, gluten-free, and palm-oil-free. While the brand successfully gained market traction online and through major retail partners like Amazon, rising consumer demand triggered a need for external funding and strategic support. Following investment support and mentorship from an Angel investor, Nutry Nuts significantly increased its manufacturing capacity, enabling the business to increase production runs from 8 pallets to 166 pallets — an increase of 158 pallets.
